Origin: Celia Lowenthal is a sequential artist/illustrator who’s obsessed with all things historical costuming, textiles, and various color patterns. She graduated from the Maryland Institute College of Art in 2016 with a BFA in Illustration and a minor in Literary Studies. She was honored as the 2015 recipient of the Will Eisner Scholarship Award from the Society of Illustrators.
