It’s been a while since we featured a resource here at Illustration Age, but this one caught my eye due to its sheer breadth of useful drawing instruction. It’s called Drawabox.com, and it’s creator Irshad Karim hasĀ jam-packed it with lessons, exercises and even self-critique resources to help you along the way.
Irshad doesn’t pull any punches or waste your time with half measures. His lessons are thorough and incredibly rich. He fully admits that the depth of his lessons require a certain amount of dediation.
“…all my lessons are very dense. I don’t at all expect that you will absorb all of the information contained here in one sitting…”
But that’s what’s so great about Drawabox. It’s obvious that Irshad created it with a passion for sharing what knowledge he can. If you’re interested in fine-tuning your drawing fundamentals, I highly recommend you take a look at Drawabox.com.
