We’re very excited to announce a new addition to our little family here at Illustration Age!
Andrea Innocent is a professional artist/illustrator whose personal work often tells stories of the bizarre and the quirky through detailed digital illustration. Her career in making pictures began in the seaside port town of Chiba, Japan in 2003. By combining a strong sense of colour and graphics and blending these with found photographic and textural images, her works become a collage of icons that tell a story and seek to entice a sense of curiosity from the viewer.
Andrea has a special interest in both Australian and Japanese illustration in particular, so we’re very excited to have her help in further rounding out our content.
You can check out her very first contribution to the site here.
