Shaky Kane(AKA the British gent Michael Coulthard) is a comics writer & artist who began his career working on popular British indy comics magazines such as Deadline, Revolver, and Escape Magazine. Kane’s hallucinatory and psychedelic style stems from his love of classic punk rock flyer and poster art and comics masters like Jack Kirby, Ed ‘Big Daddy’ Roth, and Brendan McCarthy, just to name a few.
Coming off the heels of the critically acclaimed Bulletproof Coffin Volumes 1 & 2, Shaky Kane and writer David Hine return with this week’s Cowboys and Insects 1-Shot(bottom image), published by Floating World Comics(distributed by Alternative Comics).
