Illustrated Greece – Mike Karolos’ Stamp Project

“This stamp collection is a self initiated project that aims to show the beautiful side of Greece in an illustrative abstract style. Greece has been a trending topic the past couple of years due to the economic and refugee crisis. So the social and political aspects going on right now in Greece makes us sometimes forget that it is one of the most beautiful and safest places on earth. It combines nature and history, amazing beaches and mesmerizing food. In my collection i tried to visualize in my own style some very characteristic places and sceneries in Greece, like Greek islands, ancient artifacts and landmarks, beaches, traditional houses and food.”
