Brandon Peterson is one of those talented artists to come out of Image Comics‘ early days. He worked for Marc Silvestri’s imprint, Top Cow, drawing such titles as Codename: Strykeforce, Cyberforce, and Medieval Spawn/Witchblade. Peterson wrote & drew his own comic, Arcanum, for Top Cow in 1996. The series only lasted 8 1/2 issues, but it’s still a worthy gem to search for at comics conventions, especially if you enjoy fantasy & magic.
Brandon Peterson has worked on and off for Marvel throughout his career. He’s drawn interior art for many X-Men titles, Ultimate Marvel Universe titles, and numerous covers for other books. Peterson served as VP of Special Projects and Art Director for the short-lived CrossGen Entertainment(1998-2004).
Uncanny Inhumans #5(top) is just the latest example of Peterson’s dynamic, eye-popping cover art. I haven’t been reading that series, but this might be the time to try it out, since Brandon is drawing the interior art, too!
