   This painting says such a lot to me. I feel lost when I look into those eyes and see the pain and anguish portrayed. The plant growing up her neck could mean two things to me. Firstly it could mean she is being absorbed into back into the earth as she is dying. Secondly it could mean that there is a new life about to begin. Really love this piece. Thank you for posting it. I am going to share it with my 6th form art students :)
