“A few weeks ago I went out to dinner somewhere fancy… at Restaurant Mark Greenaway – you know, him off of Great British Menu with the stupendously sculptural desserts. Mark is a culinary master, the deliciousness of his food matched only by the elaborateness of its construction. But as I savoured each joyful bite I couldn’t help but thinking, “If only there was a some kind of guidebook for this, an interpreter to translate on this journey of digestible discovery.
So, my fish finger eating friends, I hereby present to you my dinner deconstructed. Click on the images to view them in their full, foody glory.” – Gemma Robinson
